2. Purpose and Scope These General Terms & Conditions govern the sale of handcrafted creations (jewellery, accessories, textiles) by Frygo's via its website. Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms by the customer.

3. Products and Artisanal Creations

• Nature of products: All items sold are handmade artisanal creations.

• Unique Pieces: Each piece may present slight variations in thread colour, natural beads, or embroidery pattern compared to photographs. These nuances are a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of every creation.

• Bespoke Items: Products described as "bespoke" or "made to order" are crafted in accordance with the specific requirements provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices: All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), exclusive of shipping costs. As Frygo's is not currently subject to VAT, all prices are net.

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of ordering, via the secure platforms available on the site (Wix Payments, PayPal, credit cards).

5. Crafting & Delivery Timeframes

• In-stock pieces: Dispatched within 2 to 3 business days

• Bespoke / made-to-order pieces: A crafting period of 3 to 4 weeks applies prior to dispatch

• Shipping costs:

  • Switzerland: Free on orders of 150 CHF and above; below this threshold, costs are calculated by weight via Swiss Post

  • International (Europe, Arab Countries, Africa): Borne by the customer, calculated by weight at checkout

• Collection: Free collection in Geneva Centre is available by appointment, upon confirmation that the order is ready

• Customs: For all deliveries outside Switzerland, any applicable customs duties are the exclusive responsibility of the customer

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• In-stock items: The customer has 14 days from receipt to return a non-personalised item at their own expense, in its original condition and packaging.

• Bespoke / Personalised items: In accordance with Swiss law, no return, exchange, or refund is accepted for pieces crafted to order, based on the customer's specific measurements or preferences.

• Manufacturing defects: In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, the customer must contact Frygo's within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photographs, in order to arrange a repair or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property All texts, photographs, jewellery designs, and embroidery patterns featured on this site are the exclusive property of Karima Boulharouf (Frygo's). Any reproduction or copying is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection Your personal data (name, address, email) is used solely for the processing of your orders and is never transmitted to third parties. You hold a right of access and rectification, exercisable by simple email to contact@frygo.ch.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
