Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Frygo's, every piece is handled with the utmost care and attention. The time required to receive your order depends on the nature of the creation you have selected.

1. Preparation & Delivery Timeframes

  • "Ready to Shine" Pieces (In Stock): Jewellery and accessories already completed in the atelier are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional standard postal timeframe of approximately 2 business days within Switzerland.

  • Bespoke Creations (Aprons, Embroidered Bags, Special Orders): As Karima sews and embroiders every piece entirely by hand, a crafting period of 3 to 4 weeks is required prior to dispatch. This time of patience is the assurance of a truly unique piece, created exclusively for you.

Please note: during peak periods (end-of-year holidays, sales), these timeframes may be slightly extended. You will be notified by email in the event of an exceptional delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Delivery

  • Switzerland: Free delivery on orders of 150 CHF and above. For orders below this threshold, Swiss Post rates apply according to parcel weight.

  • International (Europe, Arab Countries, Africa & Rest of the World): Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

Important (Orders outside Switzerland): Any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes applicable upon delivery are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to consult your country's customs authority for further information.

3. Collection in Geneva (Free of Charge) If you reside in or are visiting Geneva, you may select the "Collection in Geneva Centre" option. This is an ideal opportunity to visit the atelier in person and avoid shipping fees entirely. A mutually convenient appointment will be arranged once your order is ready.

4. Tracking & Packaging Every creation is dispatched in careful, protective packaging. As soon as your parcel is deposited with Swiss Post, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you may follow its journey to your door.

5. Liability We take every possible care to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition. However, Frygo's cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the postal carrier, or for loss or damage occurring during transit once the parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post. Should a significant issue arise, please contact us promptly so that we may work together to find a satisfactory resolution.
