At Frygo's, we are committed to ensuring that every piece brings you complete satisfaction. Our returns policy distinguishes between two categories of product:

1. In-Stock Pieces (Jewellery & Ready-to-Wear Accessories)

For non-personalised items, you hold a right of return under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item

• Conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted for return

• Procedure: Please contact us by email at contact@frygo.ch prior to any dispatch in order to validate the return procedure

• Return shipping costs: All return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method; Frygo's cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of a return parcel

• Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding the initial shipping costs

2. Bespoke & Personalised Creations (Aprons, Hand-Embroidered Bags)

In accordance with standard commercial practice for goods that are clearly personalised or crafted to specific order:

• No right of return: As these pieces are created exclusively for you — according to your measurements, colour choices, or specific embroidery requests — they are considered final orders and are neither exchangeable nor refundable

• Cancellation: Once an order has been confirmed and production commenced in our atelier, no cancellation can be accepted

3. Guarantees & Manufacturing Defects

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Should a piece — whether in-stock or bespoke — present a verified manufacturing defect despite our quality controls:

• Declaration: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@frygo.ch

• Supporting evidence: Please include a clear photograph of the defect observed

• Resolution: Upon validation of the defect, we will take full responsibility for the repair, exchange, or complete refund, including return shipping costs

Important note: Slight variations inherent to handcrafted work — such as thread shade differences, natural bead irregularities, or minor embroidery variations — are not considered defects. They are, rather, marks of authenticity and proof of the uniqueness of every handmade piece.
