A fascinating dialogue of materials
The body of the clutch is crafted in a generously woven linen canvas, offering a natural structure and quiet elegance. Against this understated foundation, vivid azure flowers appear to bloom in three dimensions. Each petal is shaped in fine silk gauze, anchored by a meticulous central stitch that lends the composition both depth and movement.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Frygo's, we want every piece to bring you complete satisfaction. Our returns policy distinguishes between two types of products:
1. In-Stock Items (Jewellery & Ready-to-Wear Accessories) For all items that are not personalised or made to order (bracelets, necklaces, in-stock accessories):
Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind.
Conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Refund: Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
2. Bespoke & Personalised Creations (Aprons, Hand-Embroidered Bags) In accordance with standard commercial practice for goods that are clearly personalised or made to specific order:
No right of return: As these pieces are created exclusively for you (according to your measurements, colour choices or specific embroidery), they are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Start of production: Once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced in our Genevan atelier, no cancellation can be accepted.
3. Guarantees & Defects Quality is at the heart of our approach. Should a piece (in-stock or bespoke) present a manufacturing defect despite our quality controls:
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [your email/contact].
Attach a photograph of the defect observed.
In the event of a confirmed defect, we will cover repair, exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Note: Slight variations inherent to handcraft work (thread nuances, irregularities in natural beads) are not considered defects, but marks of authenticity.

Chez Frygo’s, chaque pièce est traitée avec une attention particulière. Le délai de réception de votre commande dépend de la nature de la création choisie :
1. Délais de préparation et de livraison
Pièces "Prêtes à Briller" (En Stock) : Nos bijoux et accessoires déjà réalisés en atelier sont expédiés sous 2 à 3 jours ouvrables. Comptez ensuite le délai postal standard (2 jours pour la Suisse).
Créations "Sur-Mesure" (Tabliers, Sacs brodés, Commandes spéciales) : Parce que Karima coud et brode chaque pièce seule à la main selon vos mesures, un délai de confection de 3 à 4 semaines est nécessaire avant l'expédition. Ce temps de patience est le gage d'une pièce unique, réalisée exclusivement pour vous.
2. Tarifs et Gratuité
En Suisse : Livraison offerte dès 150 CHF d'achat. Pour les commandes inférieures, les tarifs de la Poste Suisse s'appliquent selon le poids.
International (Europe, Pays Arabes, Afrique & Reste du monde) : Les frais de port sont à la charge du client. Ils sont calculés automatiquement lors de la validation de votre panier en fonction de la destination et du poids.
Note : Les éventuels frais de douane ou taxes d'importation hors Suisse restent à la charge du destinataire.
3. Retrait à Genève (Gratuit)
Si vous résidez ou êtes de passage à Genève, vous pouvez choisir l'option "Retrait à Genève Centre". C’est l’occasion idéale de se rencontrer à l'atelier et d'éviter les frais d'envoi. Nous conviendrons ensemble d'un rendez-vous dès que votre commande sera prête.
4. Suivi et Emballage
Chaque création est expédiée dans un emballage soigné et protecteur. Un numéro de suivi vous sera communiqué par e-mail dès le dépôt de votre colis à la Poste.
