It all depends on the piece. A simple jewellery item or accessory can be completed in 1 to 3 weeks. A complex creation — such as a fully hand-embroidered bag — may require up to 3 months of work. This is the price of Slow-Made: every hour invested is visible in the final result. The precise lead time will be communicated to you at the time of your order.

It depends on the type of piece. For in-stock items, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal — the item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, at the client's expense. Bespoke creations (aprons, embroidered bags, personalised orders) are neither exchangeable nor refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the defect. In the event of a confirmed defect, we will cover repair, exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please note: the slight variations inherent to handcraft work — thread nuances, bead irregularities — are marks of authenticity, not defects.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Within Switzerland, shipping is complimentary on purchases from CHF 150. For international orders (Europe, Arab countries, Africa and the rest of the world), costs are calculated according to weight and destination. Any applicable customs duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
